He purchased his first investment property in his 30’s. Then in his 40’s the family closed their business and he decided to focus on real estate as a career and obtained his Realtors license in 2013. Joe wanted to continue to expand his knowledge in all aspects of real estate by returning to school to further his knowledge in subjects including property management, mortgages, and obtained a diploma in home renovations.
