Your Listing

Upon instruction, we’ll perform a desktop valuation of your property.  Once you decide on a listing price, we’ll arrange for taking professional photos of your property, and create a well-crafted description. Your property will then be listed on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (Multiple Listing Service), Realtor.ca, as well as dozens of social media sites for maximum exposure. 

Manage your showings

Showings can be booked by your prospective buyers, and you can control the times by approving each one.  You can also choose to handle the appointments yourself or allow us to do it for you.  Our front office is your front office!  We will send you notification requests (by email or text).  You can request for any additional procedures or safety precautions, please just let us know.

Completing your sale

You can manage the sale at any time, get instant feedback from buyers and even accept offers.  Once you’ve accepted the offer, we provide Post-Sales support to guide you through the conveyancing process and be on hand to assist with any questions.

A simple fair fixed fee starting from $1900

Optional services include: floor plans, accompanied showings, reviewing offers and providing feedback.
